I love tomato sandwiches, all you need is bread, Miracle Whip, salt&pepper and some garden fresh tomatoes. I had one the other day...delicious! What do you do with surplus tomatoes?
I prefer the bread toasted with a bit of butter, no mayo. Kind of like a BLT without the "B" or "L". My dad loves a fresh cucumber sandwich on buttered bread, and he never wants it sliced up with the crust removed!:) Shelly
