Wow, this was easy to make! Mom and I picked some crab apples so she could make jelly and when she told me how easy it was I decided to make some too. We used to have a tree in our backyard but the woodpeckers basically destroyed it so we had to cut it down. If you want to make this jelly you need apples and sugar, that's it. The apples already contain pectin so it gels naturally. I have 8 jars ready to go. We don't use a lot of jelly so most will be given away. And yes, besides being very pretty it is very yummy too!

Crab Apple Jelly
Wow, this was easy to make! Mom and I picked some crab apples so she could make jelly and when she told me how easy it was I decided to make some too.
