I plan to try those crashed potatoes soon. I need a bag of red potatoes first. Last week I made her mystery rolls and liked them. If you don't like blue cheese, you wouldn't like them at all. They were very easy to make. If you haven't checked out her website, you should. She certainly makes you feel like you are capable of making anything on there.
It's cool and windy. It's supposed to rain the rest of the week and be cool. I could really go for some summer weather.
