I made a batch of pico de gallo tonight- a huge batch in fact so I plan to bring some to school to share with a bag of tortilla chips. It is so fresh and tasty! If you have lots of tomatoes to use up take a look. I added fresh lime juice and also used fresh garlic instead of powdered. The link is here.

I made some fresh salsa on Sunday..its gone now even though Mike thought it was too "gardeny " ..whatever! Fresh is the best!!! Deb
