Today is the first official day and what a nice one it is- sunshine, birds singing and a cool breeze. The bear paid another visit last night; pulled the shepherds hook right down again. I wonder if I will ever see the big pest. Have a lovely day!

Do you lock your doors and close your windows at night so the bear can't come barging in?
Gosh, I hope it wouldn't try to do that! I don't think they can open doors, a screen they could push through. I would be mad if it wrecked my screen porch and we are careful not to have catfood out there. We've had raccoons and skunks in our porch and learned our lesson, not to mention feral cats.
