I do love that little dog. We had no idea what a sweetheart she would be - she loves everyone. Last night Paul said that he will always have a corgi. I feel the same way. They are wonderful little family dogs.

We have really enjoyed our Corgi, Jack. I can't remember why I ever got a Sheltie before we had Jack, because Jack has so much more spirit in a compact size!

One of our neighbors up the street has a sheltie and he is a beautiful little dog, so I can see why you had one. I think one of the funniest things about Daphne is that she has no clue that she is 1/3 the size of the other dogs in the neighborhood. She and our golden retriever wrestle until they are exhausted. She teases the border collie in the yard across the alley and he does his best to ignore her, but then she just pushes his buttons even more. I think he's actually starting to like her. Before we got her I did a lot of reading up on corgis and they were always described as "self confident." I see that now.
Shelly, if you have some recent pictures of Jack, forward them to Laurie. I'd love to see him. I saw puppy pictures years ago. I know Dan loves him.
