I let somebody new give me my high/lowlights today. The photo's show more of a contrast than really is there. Probably the bad lighting in here. I think it turned out okay although the lowlight turned out more brownish red than I'd like. I had about 3 inches cut off a couple weeks ago too. That should do it for another 3 or 4 months I hope.

your hair looks so pretty...love the color! I do the high and low lights too...it gives it much more dimension! I need to have mine done maybe it will lift my winter blahs!
It looks great! I've been tempted to do something different color & stylewise with my hair, but I just don't know what. Ideally, I'd like to have Nick from "What Not to Wear" give me a new hairdo.

Nymphadora Tonks is this girl of Harry Potter. She can change the color of her hair. In the first photo Laurie's hair looked purple.
I was wondering about that too. Thanks for clarifying Ellen. Yes, my hair actually is purple!
