More Bread

I mixed up Shari and Danette's basic artisan bread mix a few days ago and decided today was cool enough to bake them. They were a little flatter than I anticipated and I will have to play around with better loaf forms to get them just right. It tasted delicious right out of the oven with dipping oil and butter and strawberry jelly as pictured below. We've already eaten one and a half loaves. Next time, I will not make them all at once but I was afraid the dough would expire in the fridge.

Oh how I wish I were eating bread again. I am currently giving the no-carb, low-carb diet a try and it appears to be working. If someone would have set a plate of that bread in front of me I think I would have had to fall off the wagon.
