Look, Shari!!!!

This picture is from a designers home and something here caught my eye....you are on the cutting edge of design.  Ellen, maybe you should think twice about your mother's taste!  For the rest of you wondering what this all about.  Shari found the woman on the right at a rummage sale and thought Ellen or Carly might like to have it in their room, however... Ellen was not impressed.

We also have the young man to the left. I got them at the Salvation Army in Grand Rapids for a couple of bucks. Ellen was not impressed, but I thought they were cool. Kind of funny to see that a couple of designers are also fans. It does look cool on the book shelf.

The original garage sale purchase was like the young woman to the right, but she was not painted. She was a neutral solid color. I paid 75 cents for her. Ellen said she was creepy and Carly did not like her either. I thought she'd look cool in a girl's bedroom. I brought her to Cyrus thinking that Laurie might like her, but she wound up being a donation to the Bargain Bazaar. Laurie, I believe you said one of your workers also thought she was cool and that the young Polynesian girl did not make it to the sales floor. We should have kept her.

You are correct, one of the volunteers snapped her up!

And then she made me keep the 2 she bought after that, even though she knew I hate them. :(
They're hidden behind my curtain.

Hate is a strong word, Ellen. Has this post not softened your opinion at all? You have something cool in your room. Quit hiding it behind the curtain.
