We stayed at the W hotel in the old Foshay tower last weekend for our 21st anniversary-loved it! It's only been open for a few months. Here's the view from the bathroom-Dan could admire his place of work.
Main floor bar/lounge area-notice the couple playing chess by the fire, isn' t that picture perfect? I'd prefer a book like the lady on the right. :)

It's always nice to see an old building restored. It sounds like you had a nice weekend. The girls and I had the day off. Laura took Ellen and Kayla to see the movie "Twilight." Since it's a PG-13 we can't just dump the girls off on their own. Ellen had been bugging me to take them, but there was no way that I was going to bring Carly to this movie. Laura has read the books, so she was game to go.
Not much else is going on here. Paul went hunting after school. We'll be back in Duluth tomorrow night for another hockey game. We might do a little bit of shopping before hand. I'd like to hit Old Navy without the girls.
