I found this nifty pan at the Bargain Bazaar. I actually let it sit in the store for about a month before I finally convinced myself I might use it. It's like a mini fluted bundt and it worked perfectly with the Scandinavian cake recipe.
We moved the microwave over here. It's seems so big-where else could it go......
